RepBud is designed for professional travel industry sales representatives. Our usage limits are generous and set well above what any normal working rep would need. This policy explains how they work.

Usage resets on the 1st of every month. Charter allocations are per seat, not pooled.
RepBud lets you know when you're approaching your limits — well before you hit them. There are three stages:
50% — Busy Bee
A friendly nudge. You're halfway through your monthly allowance — no action needed, just a heads-up that you're having an active month.
75% — Fair Usage reminder
A gentle reminder that you're in the top quarter of your allowance. A top-up option is shown if you need more before the month resets.
100% — Monthly limit reached
That feature pauses until the 1st of next month. Your data is safe, nothing is lost. Contact hello@repbud.app if you need a tailored plan.
RepBud has created a solution for every situation. If you regularly exceed your plan limits, we can tailor a plan specifically for your volume — whether that's more logs, more report generations, or more email processing.
Top-up packs are also available for one-off busy periods — trade show season, sales trips, or high-activity months — without changing your underlying plan.

If an account generates more than 100 logs in a single hour, we receive an automated alert and will review manually. This is purely an abuse-prevention measure — legitimate reps will never trigger it under normal use.
