Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RepBud, operated by Charnette Ltd. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

RepBud is an intelligent sales companion application for travel industry professionals, operated by Charnette Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). The service is available via mobile app (iOS) and web platform at repbud.app.

RepBud is designed to assist professional sales activities including contact management, interaction logging, client reporting, and communication. It is designed to assist, not replace, your professional judgement.

2. Your account

To use RepBud you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@repbud.app

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. RepBud is a professional tool intended for use in a business context.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use RepBud only for lawful professional purposes. You must not:

• Use RepBud to store or process data in violation of applicable data protection laws
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of RepBud
• Use RepBud to send unsolicited communications or spam
• Resell or sublicense access to RepBud without written permission
• Use RepBud in any way that could damage, disable or impair the service

4. Subscriptions and billing

RepBud offers a free 14-day trial followed by paid subscription plans. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Charter plans are subject to separate agreement

Charnette Ltd is registered for UK VAT. UK VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) is added to all prices at checkout for UK customers. Prices displayed on repbud.app are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Customers outside the UK may have local taxes applied depending on their jurisdiction, as determined automatically at checkout.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you input into RepBud — your contacts, interaction logs, notes and files remain yours.

By using RepBud, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process contact data belonging to third parties, and that doing so complies with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

6. AI features

RepBud uses Anthropic's Claude AI to power intelligent features. When you use AI-powered features, your data is processed by Anthropic under their terms of service and privacy policy.

AI-generated content — including interaction summaries, reports, meeting preparation and newsletter drafts — is provided as a starting point to assist your work. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and taking responsibility for any content you send or publish.

RepBud does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. RepBud is designed to assist, not replace, your professional judgement.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep RepBud available 24/7 but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Support is provided via hello@repbud.app. We aim to respond to all queries within one working day.

8. Intellectual property

RepBud, including its design, code, brand, name and features, is the intellectual property of Charnette Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from any part of RepBud without our written permission.

The RepBud name, leaf logo and "The RepBud Reserve" brand are trademarks of Charnette Ltd.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charnette Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of RepBud.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of RepBud shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@repbud.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the date above. Continued use of RepBud after changes constitutes acceptance.
