RepBud is an AI-assisted sales companion application for travel industry professionals. It is provided by Kusa Connect Ltd, registered in England and Wales. RepBud is designed to assist, not replace, your professional judgement.
You must be at least 18 years old and a professional operating in a business capacity to use RepBud. RepBud is not a consumer product and is not intended for personal use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at graeme@repbud.app if you suspect unauthorised access. One account per person — accounts are non-transferable.
RepBud is offered on a subscription basis. Current tiers and pricing are displayed in the app and at repbud.app. All prices are shown in your selected billing currency and exclude applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the app or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Each seat is subject to the following monthly soft limits:
We will notify you at 50%, 75% and 100% of usage thresholds. Sustained usage significantly above these limits may result in throttling or a conversation about your plan. We are reasonable people — we will always contact you before taking action.

You own your data. You grant Kusa Connect Ltd a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the RepBud service. We will not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
RepBud uses AI to generate summaries, reports, drafts and briefings. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point for your professional work — it is not legal, financial or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and taking responsibility for any content you send or act upon. RepBud is designed to assist, not replace, your professional judgement.
If you connect your Gmail account, RepBud will request permission to send emails
on your behalf using the gmail.send scope only. We do not access your
inbox or any Gmail data beyond what is needed to send messages you have explicitly
composed. You can revoke this access at any time. See our
Privacy Policy for full details of how Gmail data is handled.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. For material changes that reduce functionality on your current plan, we will provide at least 30 days notice or a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
RepBud, its brand, design, code and content are owned by Kusa Connect Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission. Your data remains yours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kusa Connect Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of RepBud. Our total liability in any calendar year shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in that year. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of RepBud after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
