Who is Premium Economy designed for?+

Solo independent reps who are starting out — building their portfolio, growing their first set of trade relationships, and getting their working rhythm established. Premium Economy gives you the essentials: structured logging, your contacts and companies, business card scanning when you meet someone new, a weekly briefing to keep you focused, and the ability to generate reports. Everything you need to look professional and stay organised, without paying for capabilities you are not yet using.

What is included in Premium Economy?+

Quick Log (text — 100 logs per month), Contacts and Companies management, Business Card Scanning (20 cards per month), RepBud ReRoot (importing your existing contacts), a weekly briefing summarising your activity and follow-ups, Reports (5 per month), and access to RepBud Rover (the referral programme that earns you discounts and free months by inviting fellow professionals).

When should I upgrade from Premium Economy?+

When you find yourself wanting daily briefings rather than weekly, voice and photo logging on the move, AI-powered email and WhatsApp logging, the My Plate AI prioritisation, Trip Planner for trade events, or Smart Email Finder for prospecting — that is the moment to step up to Business Class (—/month). Most working reps reach this point within their first three to six months.

Can I add Smart Email Finder to Premium Economy?+

Smart Email Finder is a Business Class feature, not available as an add-on to Premium Economy. The reasoning is simple: by the time you regularly need email finding, you also benefit from the other Business Class features that come with it (daily briefings, voice logs, native email, meeting prep). Smart Email Finder alone would be a partial answer to a bigger workflow shift.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes — every paid plan begins with a 14-day complimentary stay. No credit card required to start, full Premium Economy feature access, cancel any time during the stay. We use the phrase "complimentary stay" rather than "free trial" because it matches the hospitality voice of the travel industry, but it works exactly the same way: 14 days free, no obligations.

What happens if I exceed the Premium Economy log limit?+

You will see a friendly nudge at 50% of your monthly logs, and a top-up option at 75%. At 100%, you can buy a top-up — 25 extra logs from —, 50 logs from —. Top-up credits roll over for up to three months. Or, if you find you consistently exceed the limit, upgrading to Business Class (—/month) gives you voice and photo logging on top of higher allowances.

Can I switch to a different plan later?+

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Pro-rata adjustments handle the billing, so you never lose money switching. Most reps start at Premium Economy and move up as their workflow demands grow.
