Top-Up FAQ

How top-ups work

When should I use a top-up?+

When you've had a busier month than usual and you'd like more capacity without upgrading your plan. Top-ups are instant — once purchased in the app, your extra allowance is available right away.

Do top-up credits expire?+

Top-up credits are consumed before your monthly allowance and roll over for up to three months before expiring. If you top up mid-month, the credits are yours to use immediately.

Can I buy top-ups in advance?+

Yes. If you know a busy trade event or show season is coming, you can top up ahead of time. Credits are ready to use as soon as you need them.

What if I top up and end up not needing it?+

Credits roll over for up to three months — if a month goes quiet, you can use the extra capacity later. After three months unused top-up credits expire.

Should I top up, or upgrade my plan?+

If you occasionally need a bit more capacity, top-ups are perfect — quick, flexible, no subscription change. If you consistently need more every month, upgrading is better value. The in-app upgrade screen shows you both options side by side so you can pick what makes sense.

How do I purchase a top-up?+

Top-ups are purchased inside the RepBud app — log in, open the upgrade screen, and choose your top-up. Payment is taken via Stripe in your account currency. Credits are added instantly.
