Built for established rep companies and in-house sales teams of up to ten reps. RepBud is your Captain. Your principal takes the First Officer seat. Each rep is a Cabin Director with their own pipeline. And your clients — the properties you represent — are your passengers, sitting back and enjoying the journey while the crew handles the route.
Who Charter 10 is for
Charter 10 is for the established rep company with a full crew — multiple territory specialists, a principal running the operation, possibly a junior support seat or an assistant — and for the in-house trade sales team at a tour operator, DMC, or destination board where the trade-facing function has up to ten people. The defining requirement at this scale is operational coordination: keeping a larger team flying in the same direction without micromanaging individual reps.
On Charter, RepBud is the Captain. The AI runs the operations layer — keeping every seat informed, every Next Step visible, every report on time, every brief delivered before each meeting. With ten Cabin Directors flying the trade simultaneously, the Captain’s role becomes more valuable, not less. The systems handle themselves; your crew focuses on serving passengers.
The First Officer seat — typically held by the principal or Head of Sales — gains operational gold at this scale. Workload imbalance across ten reps is visible at a glance. Follow-up risks across the whole portfolio are surfaced before they become missed opportunities. Team Next Steps visibility means coordination without surveillance — Cabin Directors retain full privacy on their contact data; only their Next Steps statuses are surfaced upward.
Single invoice for the whole crew. Multi-currency billing. Full First Class for every seat. Multi-rep consolidated reporting for the trade marketing teams or ownership groups who want to see the whole rep operation performing as one. The configuration that turns ten reps into a coherent rep company that flies.
What's included
One First Officer (admin) plus up to nine Cabin Directors (reps), or any seat configuration totalling 10. Each seat is a full user with their own contacts and pipeline.
Elevated visibility across the team. The principal or Head of Sales sees what every Cabin Director is working on, configures team-wide settings, manages allowances.
Each rep on the team. Equal crew members, each with their own portfolio of passengers (clients), their own pipeline, their own working rhythm.
The First Officer sees every Cabin Director’s plate today, this week, and overdue. At ten-rep scale, this is operational gold. Coordination without surveillance.
Team-level reports for trade marketing teams or ownership groups. See ten reps performing as one operation, or drill into individual contributions.
One invoice for the whole crew, paid by whoever holds the billing role. No per-seat invoicing complexity. Multi-currency supported.
Daily briefings, voice and photo logging, AI email parsing, Newsletters, Social Media (60/seat/month), Reports (50/seat/month), Meeting Preps (300/seat/month). Every Cabin Director gets the full kit.
If you are at 7-8 seats today but expect to add reps over the next 12 months, Charter 10 gives you headroom without a tier change later. Add or remove seats any time from your account settings.

Charter 10 FAQ
Larger rep companies and in-house sales teams operating with up to ten reps. The classic Charter 10 customer is an established rep company with a full crew — multiple territory specialists, a principal running the operation, possibly a junior support seat — or an in-house trade sales team at a tour operator, DMC, or destination board with up to ten people in the trade-facing function. If your operation has outgrown Charter 5 and you need shared visibility across a larger crew, Charter 10 is built for that.
On Charter, RepBud is your Captain — the AI runs the operations layer. It keeps every seat informed, every Next Step visible, every report on time, every brief delivered before each meeting. The Captain handles systems while your crew flies. Your principal or Head of Sales takes the First Officer seat — elevated visibility across all reps, team-wide configuration, allowance management. Each rep on the team is a Cabin Director — equal members of the crew, each with their own contacts, pipeline, and client relationships. And your clients — the lodges, hotels, DMCs, activity providers you represent — they are your passengers. They sit back and enjoy the journey while the crew handles the route.
Up to 10 seats — typically one First Officer (admin) and nine Cabin Directors (reps), or any seat configuration totalling 10. Each seat includes the full First Class feature set: daily briefings, voice and photo logging, AI email and WhatsApp logging, Trip Planner, Smart Email Finder, Native Email, Newsletters, Social Media (60 posts/month per seat), Reports (50/month per seat), Meeting Preps (300/month per seat), Client Knowledge Base (coming soon), Looking Forward (coming soon). Plus all Charter-only features: Team Next Steps visibility, multi-rep consolidated reporting, single invoice, and the Charter First Officer admin seat.
Charter 10 is the same Charter configuration as Charter 5 (same cast, same shared visibility model, same single invoice, same multi-currency billing), but with twice the crew capacity. Charter 5 supports up to 5 seats (with 2 additional add-on seats possible, totalling 7); Charter 10 supports up to 10 seats with no additional add-ons. If your team is over 7 seats, Charter 10 (—/month) is the right home.
Charter 10 has no additional seats — it is the upper bound of the standard Charter configuration. If your team grows beyond 10 seats, please get in touch — we can configure a custom Charter arrangement that fits your team size, billing structure, and reporting needs. Contact gmw@repbud.app and we will design the right setup for you.
Three common reasons. First, predicted growth — if you are at 5 seats today but expect to add reps over the next 12 months, Charter 10 gives you headroom without a tier change later. Second, seat flexibility — Charter 10 makes it easy to add a junior rep, a maternity cover, or a temporary trade-show support seat without billing complexity. Third, you may simply prefer the consolidated buying — one decision, one annual commitment, room to flex. The pricing reflects the bigger commitment, but per-seat the cost is meaningfully lower than Charter 5 with add-ons.
The First Officer sees a consolidated view of every Cabin Director’s plate today, this week, and overdue. With ten reps, this becomes operational gold — the principal can see workload imbalance at a glance, identify follow-up risks before they become missed opportunities, and coordinate the team without micromanaging individuals. Cabin Directors retain privacy on their own contact data; only their Next Steps statuses are surfaced to the First Officer.
Yes — Charter 10 begins with a 14-day complimentary stay for the entire team. All seats activated, full feature access, no credit card required to start. Cancel any time during the stay and no charge is taken. We use the phrase "complimentary stay" rather than "free trial" because it matches the hospitality voice of the travel industry, but it works exactly the same way.
